We are body and soul. Sometimes we forget the reality that our faith is more than a spiritual or immaterial experience. What we say and profess in our hearts should also be said and professed physically. At Mass we move and take on different postures to mirror the dispositions of our hearts. We also experience much of the Faith through our senses.
