About this Event

Come learn how the Catholic Church supports our mental health and wellbeing by turning our lives towards God, mind, body, and soul. Join us after 4:30 PM Mass for a presentation on common mental health issues, typical treatments and therapies, how we can support these individuals, and learn about the importance of self-care. There will also be dinner provided for all in attendance. Register at stpatrickparish.org/MH101.
