How do we respond to suffering? Jesus doesn’t promise a life without suffering. He shows us how to carry our crosses—with patience, grace, prayer, and trust in God. We can avoid our crosses, become angry with God, or choose to embrace them and follow Christ. Through the cross comes resurrection and glory.
