What would your life look like without Jesus?
In this homily, Fr. Grant invites us to consider a challenging question: If I didn’t know Jesus, if I wasn’t taking the Gospel seriously, where would I be?
Through the readings and the powerful parable of the unforgiving servant, we’re reminded that forgiveness isn’t simply about acknowledging what we’ve done wrong. Christ wants to heal the wounds and attachments underneath our sin—the things we allow to “live rent free” in our hearts.
God desires to forgive us completely. But we must be willing to receive that forgiveness, let Him heal what we’ve held onto, and then extend that same forgiveness to others.
