Bereavement Ministry

St. Pat’s Bereavement Ministry seeks to accompany individuals going through grief. The ministry assists at all funerals, helping families feel welcome and cared for. It also follows up with family members after the death of their loved ones and offers various studies throughout the year for those who have lost.

Upcoming Event: Healthy Cooking for One

When you are grieving the loss of a loved one, the idea of preparing healthy meals may seem overwhelming. But eating well is an important step toward healing and the St. Pat’s Grief Support Ministry can help you get started.

Join us on June 19 for a fun evening of fellowship, a healthy dinner prepared by chef Mary Gorski, and a cooking demonstration with a Mediterranean twist from Mary Fremgen, a registered dietician and St. Pat’s parishioner. You will learn how to plan and prepare easy, nutritious meals for one and leave with recipes for a healthier lifestyle.
