To aid you in your ministry, we have made a comprehensive best practices document for all our ministry leaders. This document will help you learn more about the parish, how to set up a vibrant team for your ministry, how to schedule events and rooms, about Safe Environment requirements, and about the various Communication aids, we have to offer. This is a living document that is updated regularly to best serve our leaders and the people they serve.
If you are planning an event for your ministry, the following form will help you go through all the steps to plan an amazing event with the parish. You can also find the Room Reservation form below. Note: Please reserve your rooms, if needed, first before planning other aspects of your event.
All volunteers at St. Patrick Parish must comply with the Diocese of Rockford’s Safe Environment Program. The Safe Environment Program entails the proper screening, training, and education of those who volunteer at the parish and school. Virtus Online is the platform the Diocese uses for volunteers to complete the Safe Environment Program requirements electronically.
Each month on Donut Sunday, we invite 2 Ministry Teams to sign up to share their stories about the ministry they are involved in by visiting with the people who attend Donut Sunday. Please contact Mike Zak with any questions.
